Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pg. 138. Love this cookbook, love this recipe. We diced the onion and used chicken broth instead of water, both of which I suppose upped the flavor quotient, but I would do that again. And, there will be a next time. It's quite filling so was more than adequate as a companion to a spicy stir-fried cabbage and egg combination.
