Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    3 1/2 hours was way too long for the tomatoes (or 300* was too hot). I checked the tomatoes after 3 hours and about half were burnt to a crisp and unusable, so I added in a couple of sun-dried tomatoes. It was fine but not worth making again.
