Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good way to use up a lot of turnip greens from the garden. Dish was tasty and healthy. left out the caraway seeds because I couldn't find the jar in my spice rack, but it would probably be an interesting addition. This was spicy. We topped it with yogurt which added a nice balance. Did not use the cilantro as I don't like it.
