Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We thought these were really good, although they are really all about the toppings since the burgers themselves are very simple (just salt and pepper). I didn't know what kind of chile sauce was called for, so I just used an Asian style chile garlic sauce I had on hand, which worked just fine.
