  • onions
  • sherry vinegar
  • bell peppers
  • pork chops

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute chicken for pork.

This is a quick easy way to dress just plain old pork chops up a bit. It is especially nice in late summer when the peppers are so beautiful here in Wisconsin. I like to serve it with rice.
