    Very nice dessert for two people. Made it for our Bastille Day dinner dessert to go with a good bottle of Sauternes, an excellent combination. The minimal prep work of making the crepe batter and sauteing the apples can be done well in advance, and the final cooking of the crepe takes about five minutes.
