    I love this recipe and have made it over and over. It's easy, healthy, and tastes like it's way more work than it is. The pomegranate juice transforms into a wonderful savory sauce as the dish cooks. I just made it for a dinner party this weekend, and it was a big hit. It worked very well with couscous and the Celery salad with dates, almonds, and Parmigiano from the Six Seasons cookbook.
