    This was excellent. At first, I thought there was too little cumin, but it made for a very intriguing flavor, somewhat Middle Eastern but very subtly so. Will definitely go on my repertoire of special green salads. I left out the apricots due to low carb. To still have a note of sweetness I subbed balsamico for the vinegars.
