    This was delicious - a light and refreshing dish on a hot day. I sauteed the tofu a bit first and let it cool. Used jicama as I could not find daikon. I attempted to parboil it as the instructions indicate, but that turned it to mush, so I ended up using it raw, which worked well. It added a cool and refreshing crunch along with the other vegetables. The sauce is terrific (I used hoisin) and I will make it again to go with other salads, chicken, or shrimp.
