    p. 105 - This is one of the recipes that often came up in my EYB searches. The two main ingredients in the dish are two that I usually have on hand and on a cold, blustery winter’s day, this recipe held particular appeal as a quick and hearty lunch for a couple of impromptu guests. Prep is straightforward. JB suggests you can fry or grill the sausage and we grilled ours. I also used a 14 oz can of tomatoes vs the amt specified and subbed fennel for sage since that’s what we had on hand. I passed Parmesan at the table and we had some crusty bread alongside.
