    This was fine as a side for a more intensely flavored dish. If I was eating this with something simple, however, I'd probably use more ginger and garlic. I used bok choy instead of the suggested bitter greens, sauteeing the slivered stems with the garlic and ginger before adding the rice. I also used the suggested hoisin sauce alternative to the oyster sauce. Perhaps the flavors would have been more intriguing with the bitter greens and oyster sauce...
