Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had my doubts about this recipe along the way. The ingredients list seemed almost too simple and I let the eggplant get a bit darker than I would have liked. Even so, we LOVED this! Simple, but tasty.

    Didn't do the mozz and I liked the delicious simple flavour of this. Simple and keeps very well as you make the rest of dinner so it is an easy weeknight side.
