Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Basic recipe: I did a convection roast in the oven at 325 degrees and also on the grill. This is very moist and tasty, and it is even better if it is brined 24 hours prior. I used a pollo asada mix with brown sugar added to it. The better the rub, the better the taste. It is the same recipe as The NY Times Version, and like their version, I measured the temp in the breast and pulled it off the grill to rest at 165F.
