    Very simple to make. Just toss everything into a bowl and mix. For the syrup, I used 1/2 maple and 1/2 Blackburn syrup. These muffins are very sweet, as would be expected given the ingredients, and the oats provide a nice chewy texture. Great for the sweet-tooth in the house.
