Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I admit I used butter instead of shortening for the batter, but otherwise I followed the recipe. The muffins were okay, but the amount of butter and cinnamon sugar the recipe has you make are way off. After dipping 12 muffins, I still have about half a cup of slightly buttered cinnamon sugar and about 6 tablespoons of slightly used melted butter.
