Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is so good, every time I make it I end up eating the entire recipe at one sitting! I make it with yogurt, frozen fruit, and slivered almonds instead of walnuts. I have to say it looks NOTHING like the photo in the book. Once you put in the cinnamon it looks like a brown mess. But don't worry about that -- it is healthy, fast to make and delicious!!
