    I was surprised how much I liked this! I normally dislike cucumbers intensely (unless pickled or used in sushi) but I had a nice farm-fresh one and wanted to try this recipe. The green sauce actually didn't have that strong cucumber flavor I hate—I think the cilantro, green onions and balsamic balanced it all out. Very nice and refreshing, and fast to prepare.
