    Delicious! I always thought adding breadcrumbs to a burger was a cheat, a measure to extend meat's expense into more burgers. This burger was an instant meal in and of itself. I was happy to have leftovers in my fridge when a friend arrived unexpectedly at lunch time asking for something to eat. It isn't often I can produce a gourmet tasting burger. The only change I'd make is instead of making 6 patties from the recipe, I'd make 8. The burgers are quite large. (Rachel S-K)
