    I tried this because it’s easy, it calls for ingredients I always have on hand, and I had a colander full of string beans from my garden. This recipe is better than the sum of its parts. In fact, it’s absolutely delicious! The amount of dressing is generous and I didn’t use it all, even though I like a lot of dressing on salads. I omitted the walnuts at my husband’s request but I’m looking forward to including them next time.
