Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I discovered this recipe one Thanksgiving when my son and his girlfriend were in their vegetarian phase and I wanted to serve them something special for the holiday dinner. This was so good and such a hit with everyone at the table I have since added it to the menu many times since. Plus it is relatively simple to put together.
