    Great use of herbs growing in the garden. I marinated the chops for about an hour, the cooking time was perfect for medium rare. Good weeknight recipe, aside from the marinating period, cooking time for the chops were 16 minutes 3 minutes per side on top of the stove and 10 minutes in the oven.
