    A nice and light Caesar salad! Perfect for the summer when fresh basil is in ready supply (I used some of the large-leaf, mild Neapolitan basil I love to grow every year.) I substituted garlic powder for raw fresh garlic because of my intolerance issues and it worked just fine.
