Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a perfect summer dinner with some crusty bread, steamed littleneck clams, and a glass of Albariño.. We used a large cast iron skillet and made 3/4 of the recipe for two people. We substituted large scallops for the crabmeat, cutting them in half and adding them with the shrimp. Delicious!
