    This is definitely an easy fast dish. I am always happy to find a use for leftover chicken. I will make some changes next time to increase the heat because I like it spicier. If you are not on a diet, serve with sour cream, guacamole, chopped onion and more cheese. I cooked the burritos on my large non-stick skillet with my cast iron skillet as a weight on top. The recipe recommends 3 minutes per side but mine took only 2 minutes. There is a video with the recipe also.
