    Very nice galette! The crust turned out perfectly, and I would use the dough recipe again for other galettes. The filling was tasty and the Stilton and mushroom fans in the house loved it. But it does really tastes of blue cheese and mushrooms (as you might guess from the name of the recipe!), so I wouldn't serve it to timid or picky eaters.
