    Made using 4 chicken thighs. Intended to use egg noodles, but didn't have any so made the spaetzle. SO WORTH IT. Used half sweet half smoked paprika. Used extra peppers. Lite sour cream was all I had so I used it with a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. Skipped the final browning of the spaetzle instead tossed them with 1 T of butter and all the parsley. THIS WAS AWESOME.
