      Omit raisins. Add extra cayenne--needs to be spicy to offset the mango chutney.

      Made using 4 chicken thighs. Intended to use egg noodles, but didn't have any so made the spaetzle. SO WORTH IT. Used half sweet half smoked paprika. Used extra peppers. Lite sour cream was all I had so I used it with a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. Skipped the final browning of the spaetzle instead tossed them with 1 T of butter and all the parsley. THIS WAS AWESOME.

      Needs more salt. Maybe as much as double but I will start by adding a half tsp. Lovely fluffy interior with a crumb that would make a nice sandwich bread.only needed a tsp of sesame seeds. Used filmjölk instead of buttermilk since it is so hard to get buttermilk here.
