Pork chops au poivre from EatingWell Magazine, Jan/Feb 2009 (page 37)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious. Very easy and pretty quick to prepare; the sauce is luscious considering it’s made from so few ingredients. I used two travel size / mini brandy bottles which were ample for sauce covering four chops. Because I was making a side dish, I popped the pork chops in a 250 degree oven, in a baking dish covered with foil for 20 minutes, and they were still juicy and slightly pink inside at serving time. Served with fingerling potatoes and Swiss chard.
