    Was my first time making any kind of souffle, subbed cointreau for grand marnier, forgot to add the last egg white and baked in 4 ramekins + a 6" cast iron skillet instead of the 1.5 qt souffle dish (for significantly less time). In spite of all of that it turned out pretty good I think
