Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I decided to cook the beans separately, which worked well. Potatoes need to be cut quite small to ensure they cook through. Having said that, this is a really easy recipe which turns out very well. Great when friends come round and you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen. The stock / crème fraiche sauce is a great idea.
