    Didn't use pork, as such, but bacon pieces that I fried up first - also didn't use sliced chicken breast, but a breast and a thigh and then minced these up in the food processor. Wrapped the whole in proscuitto. Clean forgot to add nuts - but wouldn't have used pistachios as The Accountant doesn't like them (although they go beautifully in this!) Meant to add pinenuts but left them out by accident.
