    Beetroot relish is particularly delicious. Burgers are fine but nothing special, large though!

    The beetroot relish is delicious and goes just as nicely with beef. Quick to whizz up, too, and no need to be too precise with quantities. Haven't made the pork burgers from this recipe, so no opinion on those (yet).
