Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is the recipe I used as a rough starting point when I made tikka masala for the first time (using store-bought sauce that my neighbor gave me). It was a few weeks ago--so it's hard to remember ... I believe I omitted the tomato purée and maybe even 1 can of diced tomatoes--since I was coming to this recipe with the sauce already prepared. I also couldn't find any chutney on short notice. But this recipe (along with perusing others) gave me a better idea of what vegetables to include than the vague directions on the back of the sauce package did.
