    A 2.5 out of 5. The dish has potential. We would suggest marinating the salmon for an hour or two rather than dipping and placing on the tofu. Perhaps marinated the tofu a bit also. The store did not have "soft" tofu. We used silken tofu. The silken tofu is too soft and falls apart easily. It's a relatively easy dish to prepare. We would make it again and play around with getting the flavors to penetrate a bit more.
