    These are super simple to make, with great texture and balanced not too sweet flavor. Love everything about these except the fork tine method of scoring the cookies after baking. It was a bit awkward and my fork was too big so the narrow end of the “pie” pieces were a bit messed up. I think using a small fork with thin tines is the way to go for more precision. Cookies were difficult to release from pan once cooked, next time I’ll use the cake pan Silpat liner.
