    Mussels and ramps - together at last!

    This version of moules mariniere was good --because I like mussels--but I won't repeat it. I prefer the simple elegance of white wine and garlic; the addition of ramps overdid it.

    Great use of ramps, yummy mussels! I doubled the mussels but did not double the broth.
