    These were delicious and easy. I did not get perfectly smooth tops. I think to accomplish that you would have to make twice the amount of filling and skim every bubble off. I did skim, but not every bubble and I wouldn’t have had enough filling if I would have skimmed more. I hid the imperfect tops under some finely diced mango and a blueberry. Great dessert for a Chinese meal.
