    I used the recipe but played with the ingredients a bit. I used parmesan instead of Mexican blend cheese and a package of frozen riced cauliflower (microwaved to heat) instead of a whole head of cauliflower. We liked the dill flavor. The end result was a tasty side dish for roast salmon.
