    I was able to make this as a simple side with the few ingredients left in the kitchen of our rented house. I subbed spinach for chard and needed to use half butter half olive oil. It definitely didn’t suffer for the addition of butter! I’d gladly make again, even when faced with a well stocked kitchen.
