    Very quick and savory lower carb breakfast muffins that tasted somewhat like souffle cup cakes. Tender from cottage cheese and eggs perfect for subbing out ham for cooked bacon, smoked salmon, or cooked sausage pieces for variety. We enjoyed them. Made 7 cupcakes using standard size cupcake pans. Photo added.
