    Having discovered these intriguing peppers at NYC's Union Square Greenmarket, I decided to make half this recipe. It took way longer than 10 minutes to make because seeding the small dried peppers was a process. The spices did not give off a scent with only 10 seconds, so I toasted them longer, giving up after a minute. I could only strain out 1/2 cup of sauce and plan to use the leftover paste as a rub. Salt didn't seem necessary. Tasty stuff.
