    Must marinate 1-24 hours. Can substitute Bosc pears or apples for Asian pears, honey or corn syrup for Korean rice syrup, and pork belly for pork shoulder.

    Really delicious. Despite the fiery red, after cooking I did not find the pork that spicy. Delicious wrapped in lettuce with rice, kimchi, and banchan on the side.

    Super delicious. Marinated for 5 hours or so, then grilled on gas grill. Served with rice, lettuce, kimchi, pickled carrot/daikon and ssamjang.
