Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I liked this accompaniment to the pork with peach sauce. It added more interest. I would advise making sure it thickens to the viscosity that you want it to be. I wanted mine a little thicker--so just watch to see how it's coming together.
