    Recipe is hard to follow as this is a version of another recipe. Confusion comes in with the potatoes in step 2 and too much oil. We assumed the chorizo added extra oil from rendering and did not add the additional olive oil mentioned in step 2. Also, the initial setting of the egg tortilla took 10-15 min. - not 2 as suggested. This included a stint in the oven. Despite that the dish turned out great and even my teenage boy, who doesn't usually like eggs, had seconds. We did not use the garlic mayonnaise.
