Can substitute Golden Delicious apples for russet apples, and hard goat cheese for semi-dry goat cheese.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Easy and delicious- a special occasion salad that totally works for a home meal. (Especially if you do the pecans in advance.)

Very easy to assemble and delicious. I used Cortland apples that we had just picked. I also used some leftover balsamic vinaigrette instead of making this dressing. I think next time I will try an apple cider vinegar dressing with this salad. The pecans were so simple to make and absolutely delicious.
