    Wonderful fast and easy dish. Will definitely make again. Sauce is dependent on the quality of balsamic vinegar used. I used an 18 year aged balsamic which balanced its tartness with sweet notes. When sauce was reduced down enough to get the right consistency it became a little too salty so added another 1/4 cup of water and a little corn starch to thicken it up. Sauce tastes a bit pungent on its own but when served on the meat it mellows out.
