    Delicious and the bottom crust was fairly crisp

    Love this. The filling was sweetened with just a couple tablespoons of honey and one and half tablespoons of sugar to let the apples shine, the short crust was crisp and airy and quite easy to work with. I used a mix of granny Smith and pink lady apples.
