Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Complicated thoughts. I really enjoyed the process of marinating this and roasting it - it felt so indulgent and the house was filled with such a lovely aroma. I found the rub to be very flavorful; almost too flavorful, in the finished product but everyone else in my family loved it. We didn’t make the pan sauce and I think that would have added a lot as well.
