    Excellent cake! I was dubious about the mace because I wasn’t sure what else I could use it for, but it’s worth buying a bottle for this cake alone!

    If you like a spice cake this cake is out of this world. A moist dense crumb with just the right amount of spice and the frosting just can’t be beat.
