    I made this dressing but not the rest of the salad. The parmesan crisps would not travel well, and our host dislikes tomatoes… I dressed a simple salad of romaine and duck fat croutons.

    I liked this but was left a little cold by the tomatoes...it’s definitely an impressive dish and I’ll give it another go to see if i like it better the second time.
